AELighting No Hassle Replacement Warranty

Our house brand emergency lighting carries a limited warranty of 5 years. This guarantees your product is free from manufacture defects in materials and build. You can count on our No Hassle Replacement Warranty because it means your product is covered and said to be replaced in the event of failure within the warranty. This warranty is limited to own House Brand Emergency Lighting. Our off road lighting is covered by a 2 year warranty and our LED road flares are covered by the manufacturers 1 year warranty.

We are so sure that you will be 100% satisfied with our products that we give a NO HASSLE Replacement Warranty on all of our house brand lighting products! What makes this warranty so great is what we included in it. If your not 100% satisfied with your product, you have a 7 day period to send back any order you have received from us. No questions asked and a 100% refund for the purchase price will be issued. It's That Easy!  In order for us to issue a refund, the product must be in the same "new" condition as it was shipped. New condition should be received in an unopened and unused condition. Altered, Modified or Damaged products will not be refunded under this 7 day No Hassle Replacement Warranty. Processing Fees and return shipping costs are not included in the refund. Used, demo and otherwise specified products are not covered under this warranty. This applies only to our retail sales and does not include bulk, dealer or government sales. We do not refund shipping costs or any other costs incured by the customer.

Money will be refunded only after we have received and inspected the product. Please note that we will always contact you first before we ship back products that are not covered, that require additional repair charges and for any other reason that pertains to warranties, returns, defects or additional charges.

Warranty Shipping Disclosure

We will ship the product back to you USPS First Class mail, Priority Flat Rate or UPS. Which ever is the least expensive. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping. Our products are insured when shipped and should be covered with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for return shipping, damage or loss and it is your choice if you decide to insure your return package or not.

If an item has been altered or abused:

We will not reimburse you for the shipping back to us and you will be required to pay the current USPS or UPS rate to send the item back to you. Once your shipping payment has been received, your item will be shipped back to you.

Void Warranty reasons, do not covered abuse:

The warranty does not cover the following -

  • Broken wires
  • Pulled loose solder
  • Vehicle accidents
  • Improper installation
  • Excessive voltages
  • Inadequate wiring
  • Inadequate maintenance
  • Abuse
  • Alerations


Wrong Item Shipped:

If you receive a wrongly shipped item. If it is an error on our part we will reimburse you for shipping UPS ground to return the item. Once the item is received in unopened, unused condition we will ship out the correct item at our cost.

If you order the wrong item or color we will exchange it for you. You will be responsible for shipping both ways.
